Do you ship to my country?
We ship in Denmark, and it costs 39 DKK to a DAO PakkeShop, or 49 DKK to a home address with DAOHome. We ship to all members of the European Union as well, and shipping price starts from 10€. Please refer to the Shipping Policy for current prices. We would like to ship worldwise, too, but please note that it likely comes with a higher shipping fee and additional import taxes, which the buyer is responsible for paying in order to receive the package. Please fill in the Contact Form for your inquire to ship worldwide.
Can I pay in Euros?
Yes, you can pay in Euros or in DKK. Payments are done at check out, and we accept Apple Pay, Google pay, Visa, MasterCard, etc.
How long does it take to ship within Denmark?
I typically send the package the day after the order was made, and using DAO as carrier. It takes 1-3 days for packages to arrive within Denmark after shipping them.
How long does it take to ship within the European Union?
