Domestic Shipping (Denmark)

We offer the following shipping options within Denmark:

  • DAO Parcel Shop Delivery: 39 kr.
  • Private Address Delivery with DAO Carrier: 49 kr.

Delivery Time:

  • Delivery within Denmark typically takes 1-3 business days after shipping your order, but delays may occur due to carrier-related issues.

International Shipping (European Union)

We currently ship to the following European Union countries. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times by destination are listed below:

Flat Rate: €12

Flat Rate: €14

Finland, France, Austria

Flat Rate: €16

Bulgaria, Estonia, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Hungary

Flat Rate: €18.00

 

Estimated Delivery Times after shipping your order

  • Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Poland, Czech Republic, Austria: Estimated 3 business days
  • France, Slovakia, Slovenia: Estimated 4 business days
  • Sweden, Finland, Bulgaria, Estonia, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Hungary: Estimated 5-6 business days

Please note, shipping times are approximate and may vary depending on carrier delays or other unforeseen factors.

Shipping Outside the European Union

For shipping prices and options outside the European Union, please inquire by sending an email to faareveruld@gmail.com or filling in the contact form on our website. We’ll get back to you promptly with the necessary details.

Parcels Not Collected and Returned to Us

If parcels are not collected from the parcel shop and are returned to us, the following additional fees will apply:

  • Within Denmark: 49 kr.
  • Within the EU in countries listed above: €15
  • Outside the EU: Please inquire about the price by sending an email to hello@faareveruld.dk.

General Information

  • Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. 
    • For items on backorder, processing time can take up to 2-3 weeks while your order is being hand-sawn and produced. We will update you about the exact time frame on your specific order in email.
  • Tracking Information: All shipments include tracking to ensure timely and secure delivery. You will receive tracking details via email once your order has been shipped. 

    Dao carrier allows for tracking of the parcels for the Recipient via. the website dao.as. 

Customs and Duties

For deliveries outside of the European Union, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are calculated once the shipment reaches your destination country. These fees are not included in our pricing or shipping costs and are the buyer's responsibility.
